Dr. Michael P. Daniel is a nationally recognized vasectomy reversal specialist practicing in South Carolina. An American Board of Urology–certified urologist, he has more than 30 years of experience performing vasectomy reversal surgery.

He completed his Medical School training at Emory University in Atlanta Georgia. He then completed seven years of residency and specialized training in general surgery at the University of Tennessee and  Urology with additional Microsurgical Training at The University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama. 

Today, his practice is devoted exclusively to microsurgical vasectomy reversal. Successful vasectomy reversal requires extensive training, sound surgical judgment, meticulous technique, and the ability to perform both types of reconstruction. Depending on the findings during surgery, a patient may require either a vasovasostomy, which reconnects the divided ends of the vas deferens, or a vasoepididymostomy, a more complex bypass procedure. The appropriate technique cannot be determined until the  operation is underway.

Dr. Daniel is experienced in both procedures and personally performs every operation. There are no add own fees for vasoepididymostomy or bypass procedures. Patients therefore receive the procedure best suited to their individual anatomy without an unexpected change in cost.
