CANCELATION POLICY:

A vacancy in our schedule costs us far more than the $1500 deposit and as such, this has to be nonrefundable. If you do not show up or cancel at the last minute, our operational costs are increased further by the addition of the entire cost of the sterile surgical supplies which are now wasted. If you find it necessary to cancel more than once, a 50% deposit will be required for further rescheduling.
